A new middleweight adventure tourer has made its way to the Indian market. It is the Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT ABS. While the motorcycle is available in India via the CKD route, it is still priced slightly high at Rs 7.46 lakh, ex-showroom. The engine is the star of the package and makes oodles of torque at the bottom as well as mid-range. The suspension too is pre-load adjustable. While it is an adventure tourer, the motorcycle isn’t as comfortable in the mud. It is more road-biased than you think it will be. The handling is phenomenal and the grip from the Bridgestone Battalax tyres is great as well.
