Honda X-Blade BS6 images, photos, pictures

Truth be told, the Honda X-Blade is a relatively new bike to undergo lots of changes. So, those of you expecting a sea change will be disappointed. For its 160cc bikes, as we have observed with the ageing Honda Unicorn and now with the X-Blade, the silent start is omitted. The new Honda X-Blade BS6 though has been a much-awaited bike and it finally is here. The cost over the BS4 model is a whopping Rs 17,000. Given its relative newness, the Honda X-Blade has only got few changes like the updated graphics, an engine kill switch, optional rear disc brake and the addition of the fuel injection malfunction light. It still is one of the most stunning looking bikes in its segment. The engine too gets a hike in the torque – 0.8Nm more to be precise. Here then are a few pictures of the new Honda X-Blade BS6.

The Honda X-Blade BS6 looks mostly the same as the BS4 model and that isn’t a bad start as this motorcycle is one of the better-designed bikes in its class.

The dual-exhaust port design continues with the BS6 model and there is also the rear-tyre hugger in place.
2020 Honda Xblade style
Stylish is what one will describe the Honda X-Blade BS6 as. The all-LED headlight offers a good throw in the night while the 130-section rear tyre gives good grip.

In our review of the BS4 model, we had complained about the visibility through the mirrors. With HMSI not changing it in the Honda BS6, things stand where they are.
2020 Honda Xblade meter
The all-digital meter has a blue backlit readout. Gives just about average information and we wish it provided more. HMSI says that they have added a service due indicator as well.

One can easily recognise the Honda X-Blade by its tail section. No changes from the BS4 model though.
