Tell me what all is new in the TVS Apache RTR 160 BS-VI
The TVS Apache RTR 160 BS-VI motorcycle gets the same engine as before; 159.7 cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, oil-cooled engine, that makes 16.02PS and 14.12Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gear box. We expect the efficieny to be up for this BS-VI fuel injected bike. Other changes include a dual tone seat as well as LED signature and head lights.
As for the Apache RTR 200 BS-VI, one gets a single touch start, new mirrors and SmartXonnect tech. The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is powered by a BS-VI 197.75cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, oil-cooled engine motor; which is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The engine develops 20.5PS of power at 8500rpm and 16.8Nm of torque at 7500rpm. It also gets a slipper clutch and glide-through tech. The latter is a simple bit wherein dense traffic conditions will only require one to use the clutch and not the accelerator. Currently, only this version of the Apache will be on sale. All others stand discontinued.
