The Mahindra Marazzo MPV has been launched in India at Rs 9.99-13.90 lakh, ex-showroom introductory for the 7-seater. The vehicle is available in four trims (M2,M4, M6 and M8) with deliveries slated in a few days. The company says that the Marazzo will not replace any existing products in its portfolio. The vehicle was conceptualised four years. You can order the car now in six different colors.
A new 1.5-litre diesel engine outlines the Mahindra Marazzo MPV. It is a dual stage turbo unit that makes 120PS of power and 300Nm of torque. A new 6-speed manual transmission is also used, with the automatic being planned at a later stage. The transmission helps transfer power to the front wheels. A 3 year/1,00000 km warranty is offered with vehicle. It is extendable.

In terms of features, the Mahindra Marazzo MPV gets climate control, roof mounted rear AC controls, a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Android Auto, power foldable ORVMs and more. Mahindra have used a modified version of the Scorpio’s chassis to make the Marazzo. The wheelbase is the longest of any Mahindra passenger vehicle. Mahindra says that the Mahindra Marazzo MPV has been built with user comfort in mind. The vehicle is available in seven or eight seater configurations.
The Mahindra Marazzo MPV has been designed with collaboration with Pininfarina and the company’s Kandivali facility. The design as you already know is inspired by the shark. As it is, the name Marazzo too is derived from the Basque language. The design previews what could be the future for vehicles designed by Mahindra. Disc brakes on all four wheels, pedestrian protection, side crash, rear crash norms are some of the safety features. Cruise control, dual airbags, rear camera with parking sensors and Isofix child seat mounts are available too.
