Under the commercial vehicle range, there is the Bolero Pik Up, Bolero Maxi Truck, Bolero Camper, Jeeto and Alfa. The customer can also avail the benefit of exchanging their BS II/ III vehicle with BS IV as of today. In addition to this, Mahindra offers electric versions of the Jeeto and Alfa. However, there is no discount being offered on these as there are no emissions.
Mahindra currently has no BS-VI product on offer in the Indian market. It is being said that the entire range of its passenger as well as SCVs will move to BS-VI pretty soon. Expect a price hike of around Rs 15-20,000 on each model. There are as it is few petrol models from Mahindra and their majority portfolio is diesel.
Under works currently is a 7-seater version of the XUV300. Moreover, there is also a new XUV500 and Scorpio which have been spotted testing multiple times. These will be on display at the Auto Expo 2020. Mahindra also reportedly has plans to do away with its petrol two-wheelers. Our sources report that M&M will have electric-only two wheelers while there will also be the influx of Peugeot-developed scooters. Whether or not new dealerships will be set for the same is a mystery as of now. We expect to hear from Mahindra at the Auto Expo 2020.
