The Hyundai Creta 2020 was unveiled by none other than Shahrukh Khan at the Auto Expo recently. Hyundai released only very few details of the vehicle. However, the launch timeline is now set for March 17. Hyundai has now started teasing details of the vehicle today. The interior has been revealed

The Hyundai Creta 2020 interior has got a new look got sure. This includes the dual tone grey and beige seats, electrical adjustment for the driver, height adjustable seat belts, wireless charging and a new steering wheel. The infotainment system also looks like a 10-inch unit and will have eight speakers. At the same time, there is dual zone climate control along with an air purifier. The Hyundai Creta 2020 has got a fully digital instrument console with a blue back light. The steering wheel has got soft touch buttons. A panoramic sunroof too is being offered. While the image shows five seats in all, a leaked presentation had shown seven seats too.
In terms of engines, these will be borrowed from the Kia Seltos. This means a 1.4-litre turbo petrol as well as 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines. There will be a choice of transmissions including a CVT and 6-speed manuals. Hyundai is also offering a 7-speed DCT with paddle shifters too.
With the Hyundai Creta 2020, the company aims to regain lost ground from the Kia Seltos. The platform for the new car too is same as its Korean sibling. In fact, we can already see a beeline at Hyundai showrooms. The bookings have opened online as well as at the dealers. Pay Rs 25,000 as the booking amount and this one is refundable too. These all-LED headlamps, manual engine remote start, voice activated sunroof, drive mode select including Eco, Comfort and Sport as well as traction control modes like snow, sand and mud will be present. There are also rear disc brakes. Expect six airbags too.
